Web Design—With over 10 years of experience designing professional Web sites, recent skill advancements have come in the area of mastering CSS-based layouts, featuring 100% standards-compliant designs.
Information Technology—As a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, skills involving the design, implementation and management of Microsoft Windows Server family have been mastered. Extensive understanding of TCP/IP networking, router configuration and management (including Cisco and Foundry Networks routers) across the network (internet) layer, working with managed switches and other aspects of the physical and data link layers. Additionally, the of implementing and managing DNS and Web servers in a variety of infrastructures has been a major staple of past and present experience.
Graphic/Media Design—A passion has always existed for graphics design, which has necessitated a mastery of tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and has now grown to include Adobe's After Effects, Premiere and Encore DVD.
Experience
TXK Technology Center—December 2006 to the present. Position: Director of Operations. Responsibilities include ensuring all training is delivered effectively, along with delivering many of the technical classes in the role of Technical Instructor.
Southwest Audio-Visual—October 2004 to December 2006. Position: IT Specialist. Helped to provide our customers with Audio-Visual solutions, much of which now overlaps into the information technology world. Networkable projectors, customizable Crestron control panels, and specialized Home Theater solutions are just a few examples of these "IT overlap" areas. Additionally, as Web Master for our E-Commerce portal, www.projectorusa.com, constant ongoing development, extension and enhancement of this site's advanced ASP.NET web application is a required focus, including the daily management of our company's workgroup LAN, SQL Server and Web Server. The constant advancement of our corporate identity site, www.southwestav.com, is another key area of focus.
New Horizons Computer Learning Centers—January 2000 to October 2004. Positions: Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Technical Instructor. New Horizons represented a special time, during which many IT skills, management skills and teaching skills were mastered. As an extremely dynamic environment, New Horizons was a place where many duties were performed, including: implementation and management of Client-Server Active Directory based LAN, Routers, and managed switches; creating and managing the daily and long-term training schedules for the NH course schedule; coordination of the sales team; coordination of the instructor team; implementation of three generations of the corporate Web site over a five year period; teaching a wide spectrum of MCSE and Web design/development technical courses. During this period, our location was awarded at the highest levels by the corporate offices for outstanding performance, on many occasions.
Computer Renaissance—January 1997 to January 2000. Position: Store Manager. Duties included: running day to day store operations, working with customers, assisting as hardware/software technician and much much more. During this period of time, our store was awarded many times, achieving a ranking of 3rd nationwide among franchises for overall performance.

Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer—First achieved in October of 2000 on Windows NT 4.0. Since upgraded to Windows 2000/2003 Server Families.

Evangel University—Currently enrolled in Communications Major Program. Expected graduation date, Summer 2009.
Concordia University—Continued undergraduate bachelor of arts degree. 50% completion.
Southwest Missouri State University—Began undergraduate bachelor of arts degree. 10% completion.
