Mariah's Page

This Kindergartner is ready for prime time! She said the other day: "Daddy, when you see 'www' that means 'world wide web!'" When I responded affirmatively, and then added that she would have her own Web page, she was so excited. We have agreed that starting in January, we will set down and let her write some of her own content for this page...stay tuned!

Learning To Read

One of the fun things for Mariah's age is that she is learning to read. Right now words like "the", "it" and "a" are easily spotted by her. As she learns more words and how to spell them, us parents are going to have to come up with an entirely new covert communication system!

Mariah's Christmas

After the holidays, we'll post some pictures of what Mariah got for Christmas. Since she is learning how to read, we cannot risk spoiling the surprise here! Also, she will be playing in several more basketball games in the new year, the adventure never ends!
